• Sourcing & Purchasing: Handle end-to-end procurement cycles for direct items (aircraft parts, maintenance consumables) and indirect items (IT software, uniform, cabin supplies).
• Vendor Management: Evaluate, onboard, and monitor suppliers, negotiating commercial terms, volume discounts, and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all aviation-related purchases meet strict airworthiness approvals, safety standards, and civil aviation regulations.
• Cost Optimization: : Conduct market analysis, spend analytics, and competitive bidding (RFP/RFQ) to drive cost reduction without compromising quality.
• Coordination: Work alongside maintenance, engineering, logistics, and finance teams to prevent operational delays or stockouts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Support smooth day-to-day office operations through organised administration, clear communication, accurate reporting and dependable coordination across teams.

• Office Administration: Manage daily files, sort correspondence, and oversee office inventory or supplies.
• Communication & Support: Answer calls, route emails, and schedule internal meetings or team appointments.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain database updates, process vendor invoices, and generate basic Management Information System (MIS) reports and coordination with Accounts for payouts.
• Vendor & Facility Coordination: Coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping, security and travel bookings.
• HR Assistance: Help with onboarding paperwork, track employee attendance sheets, and coordinate leave logs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Shoot, edit and publish high-quality content (reels/graphics), manage the company's social media handles day-to-day, and plan & execute the monthly content strategy.

Build graphics, layouts and social media assets that match our brand identity. Study design briefs, produce rough drafts, and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback.
